InPatient Care Manager (Interim)

The InPatient Care Manager (Interim) is a strategic and inspiring healthcare leader committed to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. • A Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years’ management experience within a hospital or acute healthcare setting;

• Extensive knowledge of patient care operations, nursing standards, quality improvement, and local healthcare legislation;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Hospital Information Systems;

• Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and management skills combined with strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills;

• Excellent command of the English and Dutch languages (spoken and written).

• Develop and implement patient care strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the hospital’s strategic objectives;

• Provide leadership and direction to the Medical/Surgical, ICU, Emergency Room, Obstetrics/Gynecology/Day Care, Pediatric Ward, Social Work, Food Services (temporary) and Nursing Education departments;

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing services in accordance with established standards and protocols;

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors while promoting employee engagement and professional growth;

• Oversee workforce planning, performance management, and staff development;

• Manage departmental budgets, operational resources, and procurement processes;

• Implement continuous quality improvement measures and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance patient care and organizational performance.
