As a Procurement Assistant within our Purchasing and Material Management (Storeroom) Department, you are a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with a strong commitment to integrity and customer service. You build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors and effectively manage multiple priorities. With excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, you contribute to efficient procurement operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.

Requirements:
• An Associate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field;
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations;
• Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, inventory control, and purchasing best practices;
• Experience working with ERP or Material Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
• Experience in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, quotations, supplier management, and contract administration;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are an asset.
Tasks:
• Execute procurement plans and manage the purchasing process;
• Process purchase requests, prepare and monitor purchase orders, reconcile invoices with goods received and ensure accurate procurement records within the Material Management System;
• Maintain effective vendor relationships, support vendor onboarding and ensure contract compliance;
• Prepare purchasing reports, spend analyses, and operational data;
• Participate in procurement projects, tender evaluations, policy development, and other purchasing and material management initiatives.
